Terms of publication
To publish an article in the scientific journal “Journal of Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law” № 5, 2024 it is necessary no later than April 30, 2024:
▶ Fill in author's reference (links)
▶ To the e-mail address chasopyskiivp@nuoua.od.ua send an article prepared in accordance with the specified requirements and a copy of the receipt of payment of the publication fee.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Academic integrity
The Editorial Board guarantees high-quality anonymous peer-review of articles and their check for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
The author should send the payment confirmation (a scanned payment slip or its photo) to e-mail chasopyskiivp@nuoua.od.ua.
The publication fee is 1200 UAH (for 12 pages). Each extra page is 40 UAH. The publication fee covers expenses associated with reviewing, article proofreading and editing, journal mocking-up and publication of its electronic version.
The journal’s electronic version becomes publicly available on the website duly.
If desired, an author can order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
Journal electronic version will be available on the website after June 30, 2024.
Authors who ordered a printed copy will receive it after July 31, 2024.
