Purpose and tasks

Journal "Journal of Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law" pursues the policy of open access to the published materials by supporting the principle of free distribution of scientific information and global change of knowledge for the general social progress.

The purpose of the journal "Journal of Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law" is to cover the results of scientific searches of researchers in the field of law.

This goal defines the main tasks:

- to intensify the development of the international community of specialists in the field of theory and practice of law; 

- to promote the creation of an open information environment that ensures interaction between leading experts and young scientists in the field of law;

- to promote the links between the Kyiv University of Intellectual Property and Law of the National University "Odesa Law Academy" and the scientific and educational communities.
